The 8:30 service is a quiet worship service with preaching, special solos, ensemble music and Communion every Sunday.
The 10:30 service is the main family service with music from various choirs, preaching, a children's moment, and Communion on the first Sunday of the month. Child care is provided and Children's Church is held for children age three to second grade.
FM receivers for hearing impaired and large print Bibles and hymnals are available from the ushers.
The music program at Jonesville offers a full-range of opportunities for all age groups--age three through adult. This includes two hand-bell choirs and a hand-chime choir in addition to a number of choral groups. A wide variety of music styles is presented. Major musical productions are presented at Easter and Christmas. New choir members are always welcome.
CHANCEL CHOIR (adults) rehearses Wednesday evenings at 8:00 p.m. and sings twice a month. The first rehearsal is September 8. Come make new friends and become part of our “choir family”. New members always needed.
ADULT BELL CHOIR rehearses alternate Wednesday evenings at 7:00. The group plays once a month, plus Christmas Eve and Easter.
YOUTH BELL CHOIR (grades 6-12) meets every other Sunday morning at 11:30 and participates in worship eight months of the year. The first rehearsal is Sunday, September 12 (in the Upper Room). Usually rehearsals will be in the sanctuary.
BELL ENSEMBLE – this group rehearses on alternate Wednesday evenings at 7:00 p.m. and plays monthly at the 8:30 a.m. worship service.
CHIME CHOIR (grades 1-5) practices every other Sunday morning at 11:30. This is a wonderful opportunity for our young friends to learn to read music and participate in worship five times a year.
JOYFUL NOISE (ages 3 – Grade 2) rehearses Sunday mornings during Children’s Church (10:30 service). This group greatly enhances our worship services with their many talents!
