Staff/Parish Relations Committee
The Staff/Parish Relations Committee confers with pastors and staff on matters pertaining to the effectiveness of ministry, relations with the congregation and conditions that may impede the effectiveness of ministry. It evaluates annually the pastor and staff and confers with them about continuing educational needs and spiritual renewal. It recommends to the Administration Council when new staff positions are needed or when staff members are replaced, and it also consults with the District Superintendent on pastoral appointments.
