The Education Committee is the planning and action team that runs the children’s education program for Jonesville UMC. We recruit volunteers to teach Sunday School, research and provide the curriculum, make the schedules, maintain student registration and attendance records (with the help of the JUMC office folks), coordinate and schedule Children’s Church and Nursery volunteers, hold gatherings for students outside of Sunday School (fun nights), hold 2 fundraisers(Cookie Walk and Plant Sale) to support our program and provide Christmas presents to local children in need through the Southern Saratoga County Chamber Angels. The Education Committee meets the first Tuesday of the month at 7:30pm.
